Great ideas, it's a wonderful poem with a lot of potential. Try separating the lines instead of running the lines across the entire page, look at some other poems and you'll see what I mean. And pay attention to your grammar, capitalize the beginning of sentences and use full words. Those things will make your poems look more professional and easier to read. Keep it up you're doing good!
