It is the developing nations and the underdeveloped countries, whose economies will have stunted growth as a result of the steps proposed to contain carbon footprints. India faces lot of hurdles. But it is the poorest of the poor, the Africas and their populations that'd suffer most
I have so much to say but PH did not allow my previous comments stating that I have more than 300 words. The flow of my thoughts has been distracted. I will visit again and read this poem if time permits.

So rightly said. In a society, those who belong to the lowest stratum, will always, always feel the utmost impact of bad decisions made by humanity and of those people who were put to man governments.
