I am too old to remember all these, but I had great fun trying to imagine myself going through these emotions. Unfortunately I couldn't. So I will just take your word for it. Thanks Valsa for a few exciting moments.

I'm echoing Nosheen: we both found the metaphor of the ocean sums up the all of the images of this first encounter with love. You know I have a sudden envy for those who believe in reincarnation because they can feel these wonders again and again. Your words have made the remembered experience so vivid, I almost feel light-headed as I type this. Your poem is a gift.

Love and associated emotions captured so beautifully in your poem.A teenager who first experiences these emotions does not realize that he has fallen in love.Stress, doubt, day dreaming, beauty consciousness are some emotions that the teenager experience at that stage.A nicely crafted poem, thanks for sharing.

Love is the best feeling in the world. So confusing and painful, yet so certain and pleasing.. You have described the feeling to perfection Valsa ma'am.. I can feel everything there.. Beautiful poem!

You described all the qualities or attributes of love and kept on questioning if that represents love. Lovely poem indeed.

It sounds like the reactions to chemicals associated with the feeling of love. You have little control and experience things differently. Well described, Valsa.
