Wow! ! You used four sentences, used enjambments to move the thoughts in each one to a perfect level and expressed a vital message through this technique... I know that this might have sounded a touch too academic to concentrate on the stylistic aspect of the poem right away, but this is what struck me the most.. Just in four sentences you moved through (a really clever selection of) the history of human 'civilisation' and then posed a really valid and tough question - 'To what extent have the 'cvilisated' human beings attained the 'instinct' of survival? ? Maybe we have actually lost it.. A wonderful write Sanjukta, thematically and stylistically... Thank you a lot for sharing this.. P: S: The imagery in this poem is also wonderful :)

Under mountain beside fire darkness still does not remain and our hearts radiated like amaranth flower. Very nice and wise sharing.10

Thanks for such a wonderful portrayal of primitive and tribal people along with their rituals against the backdrop of a modern day man. The comparison is striking and a bit funny: Inspite of living in the chasm of uncertainty, never.... Got lost in a forest of depression, or... bowed heads to the empire of negativity
