Invisible Rope Poem by Jennifer Birchall

Invisible Rope

Rating: 5.0

I know I walked away
I couldn't stay, you know that
We two are better apart
We may not see it, still
That invisible rope
That is keeping us tied
Will be cut one day
Only then maybe, we'll both be free

When something invisible bind the two, they have a big dilemma. They need to be careful. Perhaps their freedom will bring sorrow.
