From North, South, East and West
Touching all lives or naked breast.
Embracing the happy, cutting into the bad
Enhancing the dreams you never had.
Crashing, caressing, pushing all in its path
Flaying embers of fires, back onto the hearth.
The touch of a loved one, close at hand
Quick as a flash, turns glass back to sand.
Dead bodies not buried, it picks at with ease
This unforeseen weapon, the invisible breeze.
The gift that brings seasons, liquids and crops
Can kill when angry and never stops.
To some a pleasure to others pain
The weapon of the gods will come again.
The one time you see it, is the time it's too late
The life force collector knocks at your gate.
