Thank you for reading 'Our Existence is but a Breath'. I have often began conversations with people who actually start having a conversation with someone else. In the middle of the story they often interrupt or begin their own account of events. As if I had gradually become concealed from sight. I know the invisible, I live the illusion. I think for me, there was an added layer to this poem. Being half deaf in both ears. I was sympathetic to the 'bad guy'
