Intimidated By Her Beauty Poem by Hebert Logerie

She was, without a doubt, the most beautiful girl
Among a multitude of gorgeous ones in high school
Mesmerized and dazzled by her curves and her curls
I used to imagine, invent and write stories like a fool
About her. My friends know of whom I'm referring to
It will take a long time, the rest of my life to paint her
To describe her from her long toes to her stylish hair
Oh! My goodness. No, I am not talking about Sue
Who was in third place. Sue was less boodilicious
The angel who got me intimidated by her beauty
Was intelligent, athletic, versatile and generous
She was also very nice, humble, funny and classy
As promised, I have already revealed too much
I wonder what she looks like in this day and age
I hope that she did not follow the path of such
A stunning lily that I saw the other night on stage.
