In a world ridden with violence, greed and cut throat competition, people want to enjoy some serenity! Yoga, bequeathed to posterity through the penance and the strenuous efforts of the sages of ancient times, is a tranquilizer for the body and spirit. Besides its physical benefits, it has spiritual dimensions too! In solitude, when our mind is calm, we are filled with gratitude for our creator! The relevance of Yoga is convincingly articulated!
