The homing instinct of birds,
cannot be denied
nor adequately explained.

So also the mystic's interest
in the truly transcendental
cannot be explained properly.

Transcendental consciousness,
its perceptions
and admonitions dominate
and light up his daily life.

The lover of God receives
intuitional consciousness
of the Absolute.

The lover of God receives intuitional consciousness of the Absolute. I love this last stanza, I agree in the deepest of transcendental meditation an absolute way of knowing is tapped, we become one with God where all knowledge resides. TFS
