Captivated by your glance,
And ensnared by your gaze,
Your smile sends me into a trance,
You truly do amaze.

Your lips are pure- you cannot lie,
Sweet angel in disguise,
You’re lovely even when you cry,
Your tears enhance your eyes.

Hold me tight; don’t let me go,
Soft are your silky hands,
A pure soul’s touch will help me grow,
Like rain on desert sands.

You’re a newborn babe, a little child,
You truly soothe my mind,
You’re innocence personified,
God’s blessing to mankind!
