Innocence Poem by Hafiz Muhammad Qasim

I want to attain child-like innocence
I want to have child-like jubilance
I want to have child-like dreams
And child-like sleep
I want to have everything like a child
There should be no sorrow in the morrow
There should be nothing like harrow
How very nicely chirp the sparrow
I wish to have insatiable thirst for virtue and innocence
Which could enlighten my soul
And will give me energy to the full
I must reach this goal once and for all
Then I will never repent after all
