I felt your arrows plunge into my heart
My soul became a fiery sea
I tried to pull them out, unworthy of love
But my flesh returned from stone
My passion burned so uncontrollably
I question every racing thought
You flood my veins are invade my mind
My dreams are no longer mine

And you came into my view
And I still can't believe you're true

I have fought against shadows
And felt claws of demons
How could this angel come to me
I have fallen from the highest clouds
And crashed right through the earth
Could you ever heal these wounds

And you found the ways to soothe
And gave birth to anew

She injected all the flames
And opened up my eyes
Her lips pressed into mine
And she made me come alive
