India Vs Pakistan Comments

The twins are alike in many aspects of life but there are places where they differ, too. India prepared her constitution and made India a republic on 26-1-1950, Pakistan was made a republic in 1956, Pakistan's constitution was made in 1956 and smashed in 1958. again it was remade in 1973 but it was suspended twice. The Nawabs, Maharajas and Zemindars were made ordinary men by India in 1950 but they are still the most powerful men in Pakistan and decide as to who should be given votes in the general elections. If they do not get votes the haris (poor grain growers) face attrocites. They are killed, their women are raped and they are jailed in the personal jails of these waderas (Landlords) . Zulfika Ali Bhotto spoke much against them but he was himself a Jagirdar. He could have finished this evil but he did not. But the religious extremism is equal in the both countries.

Such a sad poem on the atrocities that continue to go on in this world. Nicely written. Can feel the frustration and despair that comes across as you long for an end to the suffering of others.
