Many of my poems are celebrations of childhood! Yes, Lemon, those memories stretch far back to the time man evolved. Though living in the past is despicable, we unknowingly slip back again and again to those glorious days. This poem, like a catalyst, has precipitated a surge of beautiful memories in me!

Now look what you made me do! ! ! ! Chase down the definition of a word... pant, pant, pant.... that word moved fast but I finally penned it down ;) singular incunabulum: 1.extant copies of books produced in the earliest stages (before 1501) of printing from movable type.; 2. the earliest stages or first traces of anything; 3. swaddling clothes, also, figuratively, childhood, beginnings; Armed with this knowledge, I reread your poem and voila! ! ! it opened up like a flower exposed to sunlight! ! ! childhood memories stretch all the way back to when time itself began - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -This senryu is awesome! ! ! This is what I read your poetry for, my friend- -for the opportunity to read beautiful and flawless treasures from the wisdom of a poet's mind and the tenderness of a poet's heart. 10+++++++++++++++++++++++++ and onto my fav list! ! !

Wow, thank you so much Susan. Yes, I meant all of those meanings to be understood. Each gives the poem a slightly different dimension and meaning. Did not mean to cause exhaustion! ! !
