A beautiful poem! I will find time to revisit this fabulous poem a few days later!
Oh such a poignant piece written with so much touching emotions and touching lines.....Valsa....simply you are great as a poetess as well as a human being..........10/10
A tragic though beautiful study, its a shame that your inspiration had to happen, but you portray a great view of the makeup of a person who knows there life is fleeting, we all live on barrowed time, but to know the time is a different thing. Haunting but meaningful. Thank you Miss George
Waiting in the deep darkness thinking thoughts of impending doom. But wait there is a faint hint of light in the distance looming near. The light finally appears and gives a sense of hope for a disease that was contracted. Modern medicine has made it possible to deal with it affectively but soon there will be a cure to annihilate it indefinitely. Truly an inspiring and uplifting write. I really enjoy reading your poems Madam Valsa!
There are many kids and innocent women or a few woman who are afflicted thus... Sad to see a woman of the lot thrown into such a deep gloom and hopelessness.. A powerful presentation Madam Valsa.
Beautiful poem. I can feel this pain....Loved reading it twice.
A sad and difficult subject on which to write, but well done Valsa.
The wait would be an eternity but if HIV positive now days it is not a death sentence and with medicine, love and support a sufferer could live a long and almost normal life. Let us hope the news is good like this fine poem of support and care and acceptance although uncertainty understandably pervades its mood and language.
Life can be so hard at times that we are weighed down by events beyond our control. There is no easy answer except to try and rise above the pain and suffering with help from those whom you love.
Very poignant write..The imagery produced here is perfect. Happy writing.
a fancy of love to nature On the beach, as the sunset hurled ecstasy across the skies, she only saw the virulent waves lashing on the shore
Yet in pitch darkness, counting the luminous stars in the firmament, she lay- a seed in wait under furrowed lands for the first summer shower! beautiful write. love it
writing is a great release for emotional build up. keeping silent and to one's self causes pain.
Poignant poem about suffering for no offence committed. Nicely described. Thank you.
A very poignant poem highlighting the agony suffered in silence. But she still smiled in her trauma makes one feel for her more and more. A beautiful write, Valsa!
A sad and heart-rending reality, you express her feelings with deep understanding and beautiful lines that ache with her agony as she waits to die. Outstanding write!
A poem with tragic scene has been so movingly delineated. In spite of sorrow in her life she has hope for future. This theme is on lines.....she lay- a seed in wait under furrowed lands for the first summer shower! Impressive work.
