In Thought
The stars began to fall,
Coinciding with the flight of dreams.
Silver halos disappearing from sight,
The sky now dim lost in thought,
imagining paradise with eyes shut.
A world so dark,
Caught in a memory where the stars once shone.
A place I thought you'd always be.
The sky now open, without a single star.
A place I always thought you'd be.
Forever in my thoughts I'll keep you
