This BOOK OF VERSE promises much and voila delivers on its promises. Your first stanza tells us of its essentially LYRIC nature with sweet melodies an important element of that lyricism, but the last stanza promises something more and different from a poetry book THE BLUE PRINT FOR ALL THE VERSE etc. That is unusual. But so often later poets build upon the foundation left by their predecessors - for example, the western epic tradition from Vergil on through Tasso and Ariosto derives from HOMER the fountain and origin of western poetry! - so an embedded BLUE PRINT is not such an outlandish idea. But the last two lines of your poem might come as a surprise to some readers (not me) , because the blue print won't make the task of writing poetry any easier, it will still be laborious. Prospective poets are warned. (Just to the right of your poem is a PH List of Related Poems and prominently listed is THE RUBAIYAT OF OMAR KHAYYAM - an ideal example of a lyrical book of sweet melodies in verse. Agreed? !)
