Decided to read this because I'd been out in the twilight in Barcelona myself. Sound like you had a much more romantic time than I did! I was lurching through an army of 'ladies of the night' on La Rambla, trying to find a taxi to take me to see Gaudi's cathedral. Took quite a while, but I made it! By the way, this was an excellent and evocative poem. Silly of me to say more.
