Michael, I was reading along, and thinking that this sounded like one of the love songs in Songs of Soloman, some of the most tender, caring, and truthful expressions of love I have read lately. I must admit, however, that I did not care for the PH reference on the end, for the pure and simple reason that it burst the bubble of the purity of the poem before it. Modern life intruding on the old fashioned love song? ? Anyhow, I loved the first part.
