If your mother or father was sold as a slave is that the road that you would pave? ...... touching expression with outstanding conceptualization. How this evil of human trafficking will end is a vital question. Only Lord can decide. A beautiful poem on awareness is astutely delineated.

Extremely sad painful portrayal of the situation. Only God knows as to how and when things will change and the evil of human trafficking will end once and for all. Thanks. in the hopes that we will find all the values we left behind.

Heart touching read dear brother. Really it's a pity that human trafficking is going on at rockets pace! Yes we need to end this culture at the earliest!

I can't see anything else being any more devastating then a parent ruining a childs soul. It sometimes make them to be more aware and tough but more then enough it seems to produce generations of broken relationships.

To enslave another is a huge step down for the perpetrator of the crime. He or she has sunk below the human level of living. By not recognizing the sacredness of the soul of the enslaved they dam their own souls in the process.Your poem is a wake up call to this side of the world that we hear about often enough. One would have thought that slavery ended in the bad old days.10.

the very first stanza grabs you into the poem...and this a shame..not at all humane...the young mind dies once it has gone through this..and its perpective on life becomes very negative after that
