In The Light Of The Moon A Solitary Man Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

In The Light Of The Moon A Solitary Man

In the light of the moon
A man solitary walks
On the strand bent
Head downwards

In the light of the moon
Trembles
The sleeping town
Vibrate
The rocks that yawn
Yearning.

In the light of the moon
Tonight
The sea waters
Came in
Rustling and
Angry
Speaking all
Garbled
Incomprehensible.
