In The Heartbeats, We Share Poem by Emmanuel Arunee Mwanza

In The Heartbeats, We Share

In the realm of a billion souls,
Where thoughts like rivers endlessly flow,
We traverse paths unseen, yet connected,
In a dance of moments, brief and unexpected.

We pass by each other, a nod, a smile,
In the vast expanse of life's endless aisle.
Tomorrow is veiled, unknown and vast,
Struggles and colors are shadows of the past.

We are but humans beneath our skins,
Love is the lesson that true wisdom brings.
Teach the toddlers, the seeds of affection,
Let generations rise with hearts in reflection.

In economies strained and times unkind,
Hold hands through the trials, leave fears behind.
Forge ahead on the narrow roads of strife,
Embracing the storms that challenge our life.

In the heartbeats we share, our spirits align,
In helping each other, our fates entwine.
Let goodwill be the charm that binds us tight,
In love's pure light, find our shared might.

For we are all like newborns, innocent and new,
In beauty and love, our common thread is true.
Let the echoes of compassion guide our way,
Through the tempests of night to the dawn of day.
