In The Birthing Room Poem by DM W

In The Birthing Room

In the birthing room of the heart,
I nurse and coax tender art.
Here I work hard at my craft:
Setting out reams of mental drafts.
Here I detail light and shade,
And create in uncommon ways.
Here I blend form with content;
Until flashing notions relent.
