We played in puddles and hung by trees, He saved me from all fall and freeze Mighty strong, I thought he is. So he was all whom I did know, My lone blue friend he was so, To play a game of hide and seek. great imagination and wonderful presentation........ friend and loveliness that lingers in the soul....... tony

Hi Ashika Lovely poem. Reminding me of the poems of Great Malayalam poet Sugathakumari.. There are three Blue boys here- the childhood friend, the Lord Krishna who is worshiped as a toddler and the little son of the poet. Beautifully done. A 100+++

I t is a marvellous poem with an imaginative write having stunning and thrilling expression. Let me quote some lines.... Oh yes, he was black or blue, It never made any difference though, He was my friend and not any foe, We played in puddles and hung by trees, He saved me from all fall and freeze Mighty strong, I thought he is. So he was all whom I did know, My lone blue friend he was so, To play a game of hide and seek... Thanks for sharing.

So sweet and captivating. The presence of the Blue Friend is spell-binding. Thanks. My lone blue friend he was so, I missed my blue friend more and more, Craved to tell him stories so. No more I am that chirpy girl, Who flung by trees and drenched in streams, Said my blue friend 'I am engraved in your soul.... From womb to your grave,
