In Our Time On Earth Poem by james watkin

In Our Time On Earth

Til of all its things, arrayed, displayed
A lifetime's to peruse
From within its emporium
Are we given to choose

From what pleases us, strikes our fancy
To what is uncared for
How can we know? For me, one swan.
Her, tulip. A whole floor!
