In His Grace

As I fall asleep
You would see me smile
Because life has given me
So much that is worthwhile
As I lay and sleep at night
In my heart lives hope
Because God has given me the strength
To learn how to deal and cope
At night I sleep in a state of grace
As I sleep totally safe
Because you see with God
I am in the safest place
