WhenI got to the last line in the third verse, I read it as 'Bright lights the night and thought, 'I wonder if he knew how that would dress it up? ' In the North Country of Canada, I have seen the Northern Lights like a ceiling of colored lights that lasts sometimes for a week. That is what your poem reminded me of.
