In Dawn's Lap Poem by Tejeswar Patnaik

In Dawn's Lap

In Dawn's lap
============

In Dawn's lap, the sunlight flashed on me.

Woke up from slumber, gazed at sky with glee.

Peeked through the window, birds chirping,

A wonderful rendition in the morning.

Garden adorned with flowers, a vibrant array,

Butterflies on petals, a colourful display.

Wings aglow, in motion slow,
Radiating vibes, a delightful glow.

Moments uplifting and bright,
In nature's embrace, a pure delight
