In All The Races, In The Thai Poem by james watkin

In All The Races, In The Thai

In all the races, in the thai
The turkish and the french
A flower's a flower; accepted
With no aesthetic shadow of doubt;
As passed o'er weeds; to wrench.

Though multi-hued, and like these same
Rivals for charm and grace
Beauty's beauty; indivisible.
In my butterfly's heavenly love
The one unaltered face.
