Just whay you said...Writer's block is something that anyone who ever composed any form of creative writing, including a letter to a friend....has suffered from.If anyone tells you different...they are full of themselves...and just too full of hubris to admit it! If you are struggling to expound on an idea, or an existing poem...that sometimes has to do with your spectrum of diction...The more words you know...and know how to use them, and when...the more interesting, resplensent & detailed your work will be. Time, patience, reading others works, and of course mucho practice will alleviate that obstacle in fairly short order. The above poem about writing poems is commendable work.
