In A Lifetime Of Braved Walks Poem by james watkin

In A Lifetime Of Braved Walks

In a lifetime of braved walks
Of each years' upstepping
More laboured, midst each side placed
Is as much sweat-traced
Has each one with a question
Shivered out, as dark, been:
Amor's heart-bright: "led astray"?
Aim's head-clear: "lost my way"?
