Impossible Game Poem by angel lockheart

Impossible Game

</>I prayed God give me the strength to,
Break me out of this nightmare spell,
Because even though every tear is a clue,
You always lock me up in this hell.
I see now that you’ll never change,
Nor care about anyone but yourself,
Even if it causes others pain,
You won’t trouble yourself to help.
Since you’re stuck in this rut,
And happy to be there,
Talking only to an emptiness full of glut;
Even scant words could’ve helped u escape despair.
I’m tired of being the only one talking,
I’m tired of taking the blame,
I’m tired of you always balking,
When I ask for so little as a game.
I’m tired of walking on glass,
I’m tired of keeping it in,
I’m tired of trying to make it last,
When from the beginning- I could never win.
