this amazing imagery from the nature can have another meaning in the poetry laboratory, indeed that is what the great poets do always, but hopefully the cloud is pass quick and the sun will shine again on our planet, with it is justice lights

The cloud of imperialism has loomed over the world for hundreds of years, from the empires that never rest until they made the world a mess, it changes all the time but its force is still felt. Great metaphor, and comparisons of clouds with imperial might. Sadly clouds are what give us the storms we need.
