Thank you for the invitation to immerse myself into the silence of the desert- my desert is most assuredly different from yours but I liked riding the sand hills and dodging the tumbleweeds and dust devils and chasing the coyotes [they always got away]- -the silence was never total but whatever sounds there was were natural.
