When my questions fall flat,
I feel ignored.
When those are swept under the carpet,

In many ways I feel EXACLY the same way, it seems there are days, that whatever I do whatever I say, nothing comes out which others here or they just ignore, this leads to constant frustration that just builds and builds and builds until... well the reason I write is because I don't have to deal with Until. All I can say Khairul is that you are not alone, I and others feel exactly the same way. Bang on the subject matter, this poem really touched my heart, thank you for sharing.
I am so much inspired by your consoling words, dear @Kevin Patrick! Thanks a lot.
Very honest and very human reaction to being ignored. As writers many of us suffer this treatment yet we still write because the art and passion for writing is within us, and that cannot be ignored. A lovely, inspiring write, enjoyed reading it.

When we feel being ignored, it is pain. This pain leads to resentment and anger... A very natural reaction.... We would like to return only to a place where we are wanted. But make sure if it is just an imagined feeling or if it is real...! A great write unravelling basic human nature! In few lines you have managed to convey it effectively!

At times we feel the way you stated in your beautiful poem. When one is ignored that is when one must rise with a resolve. Let no one go into a feeling of frustratingly forlorn. Rise up and make every effort to find answers. Thank you.
