Ignite Like A Fading Star Poem by Alex Alexander

Ignite Like A Fading Star

Ignite Like a Fading Star

The instinct to endure, while witnessing the fading crescent, radiance light. Flicker and flame: like a farewell candle. An immense vigor calls to faded glory under the weight of endless eons.
The shadows slowly descend, drifting like a never-ending stream. Where once it served to nourish and sustain life, now the pull is effortless, without any intervention from mankind.
This spark ignites within, kindling the morning sun and illuminating the night sky. But now, the once fiery sun is reduced to a feeble cry of heat, churning in the winds with volatile cosmic energy, creating a spectacle of flickering lights.
Embark on a journey through a fiery mind, of the star seeds.
Until a new Genesis rises, outshining the eons that came before, fueled by determination and burning bright across the universe, bridging the gaps between worlds and infusing life into the next generation.
Our legacy, a trail of stardust, yearning for rebirth.
