If You Never Poem by angel lockheart

If You Never

Rating: 5.0

Boy,
You always say you just wish that we’d tell you,
So,
I’m going to lay it all down for you.
If you never text me first;
I’m going to think that you don’t like talking to me,
If you never ask me questions;
I’m going to think you don’t care,
If you never say why you like my poems;
I’m going to think that you really don’t,
If you never tell me that I’m beautiful;
I’m going to believe that with you, I’m ugly,
If you never tell me that I’m special;
I’m going to think that to you, I’m dust,
To the rest of the world this may seem useless,
But if you really care about me,
You’ll know how important this is,
Because without it,
I’ll disappear.
