With you earlier.

That my ex's would show up
I couldn't have approached
You and proposed.

If only I knew
That we could part ways
I wouldn't have fallen for you
And I wouldn't be with you.

If only I knew
That I could be sitting here alone
I wouldn't have bothered myself
To be close to you.
