it is infinitely important
that I LISTEN TO MYSELF

If I do not listen to myself
I will not hear you.

If I do not listen to myself
I may distort everything you say.

If I do not listen to myself
I may come to you with
my own conditioning.

If I do not listen to myself
I may react to you
from my own insecurities.
