If I Didn't Think, I'd Be Scared To Death Poem by Richard Wlodarski

If I Didn't Think, I'd Be Scared To Death

If I didn't think much
Would I be happier?
If I let go of thoughts
Would I be positive?
If I meditated
Would I circumvent thoughts?

I will think less negative
I will think more positive
I will meditate much more
