Indeed, if Christ didn't come to die, we are utterly hopeless and absolutely far from salvation. Praise be to God for His amazing grace and wonderful mercies! - Shim'onai

Very nice poem with a spiritual devotion and belief. But frankly, I cannot agree with the cruelty what happened with Jesus. With a rational mind I cannot digest the happening, the savagery with such a holy man. My heart always cries for him. I consider him as a man only, BUT WITH BEST OF PURITY AND SIMPLICITY, finest human being. Read my poem O' my loving Jesus

You are right: Jesus was finest, but actually he wouldn't permit to be compared with another such as using comparative terms; he was man to be able to take the place of man in sin and death so that those who believe on him will not perish. He was the son of God, savior of the world both believing and unbelieving.

For God so loved the world that he sent HIS only son on to the earth and whomsoever believes in HIM shall not perish but have eternal LIFE! HE loved us to the extent of shedding his blood for our sins and is risen to prepare/set place for us in heaven.
