the political system is such that we actually believe the system with out trusting those completely, that is why we have check and balances. Swiss has their own way of rotatory ruling, which is good, so no corrupt practice is allowed, the election of judges and senators are too elaborate, but worth considering to keep the judiciary away from the legislature and executive who are abusing this system in most of the country.
