A brilliant master of satire! Meaningful, witty, pithy and zesty! First this verse made me think and then it brought about a hearty burst of laughter! Thanks! 10! ! !

Couldn't agree with you more! We're very tired of the 'grabby takes', money and power hungry 'habitual fakers' who are demoralizing our society. A very good analysis Dr. Kardas...wish more people would step back and take a good, long look at their OWN ugliness (called sin) . Really stirred up a lot of emotions reading your new editions. God Bless...Jen

Great poem, packed with meaning... love especially the insightful line 'captive for being vainly active'. Wonderful use of satire. Dr. Kardas, love your play with words.
