We should consult and discuss with others and draw out the best of opinion from them! When we pool opinion from others, we will be able to improve on our ideas and rectify our wrong notions! Accepting others opinion blindly will be foolish and not discussing with others is even more foolish! So always seek suggestions and imrprove our own outlook and view points!
