Woahh it would be quote the combination of opposites there! ! Sweet n salty, cold and hot, not bad for a fancy change. Anyway it reads nice as an enjoyable poem so kudos! Pls pleez do comment/ write your thoughts under my newest poem too titled, ' smart phones and smart cars...."
No-oo. That looks as bad as the pumpkin ice cream my dad bought. It tasted like cold pumpkin pie with no topping.
The ice cream is vanilla, no pumpkin involved. (I never have liked pumpkin pie, by the way, so I know I wouldn't like pumpkin ice cream, either.) Thanks for commenting, Spock.
Kim, great poem! Nice picture! I have never eaten french fries with ice cream! Will try it soon.
Thanks, Hank! Let's meet at McDonald's later and buy some fries and ice cream and play some chess!
Thanks for the tip. I will. You tried fried icecream at a Chinese restaurant?
Yes, I have eaten fried ice cream, and not just at Chinese restaurants. Many other restaurants also serve it around here. Thanks for your comment, Doug!
I don't think the French would approve Enough, they allow Ketchup, When nobody looks! In any case, bon appetite, to all ice cream lovers and eaters of " frites" (that's what the French call them) Very amusing poem and very appetizingly, illustrated, too
My grandmother used to do that, too! Thanks for the memories!
Your grandmother also? And here I thought that my grandmother must have invented it! Well, of course she did, because she never met your grandmother! Or maybe your grandmother was one of my grandmother's widow friends! Thanks for commenting, Maryellen!
I too feel that it is an odd combination. However I should try it out! There are always surprises awaiting....! We should leave the beaten track and try new routes. Change is always fine. I guess your granny must have been enterprising!
