you have captured the fight..the tussle going on within so very well...i agree hope can be save inside without a pain
Lies, pain, hope- you have with great dexterity captured human condition. we try to cope with pain by hoping tomorrow will be a better day. that too is a lie we tell ourselves for its too difficult to handle prolonged pain. your last two lines give away your thought very poignantly as well as stoically. a clever play on words, Kesav. hope and lies belong together. quite an existential theme.i take it to my fav to ponder over... 10 Mamta

Abstract canvas with red stokes of lies and green strokes of truth…but in white paint on white paper ‘Pain’ speaking much… congrats for sharing Sir Ms. Nivedita UK 10/10 hf
A rather disturbing write Kesav - which leaves the reader with a heap of unanswered questions....
A tight and edgy piece to ponder on, Kesav..Thanks for sharing your poetry. With best wishes, Yelena

white lies call they, but prudence is neccessary to know when to stop
