I Wish I Am Special Poem by Woru Sulyman

I Wish I Am Special

I wish I don't have to go through the day
Doing mundane things like everyone else,
Struggling with life's pressure,
Living a carefree life like no one else.
I wish I am special.

I wish I can love and hate on a whim.
Having the love I want,
Never feeling hurt,
The perfect man.
I wish I am special.

I wish happiness is mine,
Mine to use as I like,
Never to feel sadness,
Nor deep heart's despair
I wish I am special.

I wish I have power beyond reckoning.
Bending the will of men,
The will of nations,
And everything in-between.
I wish I am special.

Perhaps! I could end suffering,
And spread love.
I am just like everyone else though
Nothing special.
Still, I wish I am special.
