i really wish you hadn't made me have doubts about you
and whether your heart, to me alone, is true

to my face, looking in my eyes
question after question answered with lies

no explanation, just anger from you
me left wondering what, if anything, did you do?

nothing feels better than trusting the love you've got
nothing feels worse than not
