Alesia, this is deep and mighty strong of you. Sometimes, I wish I could be that strong. But I am a weak human... Love the poem.
At times, life becomes hazardous...... When no compromise is in view, better to part ways. There is no guarantee that life will be smooth then! But if one has earned enough strength and mettle, jumping over hurdles may not be a big problem! The determination...... and conviction....'I will not be broken' is what is so important! A poignant write!
